Shipping and Delivery
Domestic:
For orders placed through the website: We ship to any valid physical address in India.
We offer Cash on Delivery services within India for orders valued between Rs.500 - Rs. 12,000. Cash on delivery charges will be additional, and vary according to the order value.
All orders will ship within 3-10 business days. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier companies only.Tracking details will be provided once we ship your products which allows you to track your parcel easily.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company. However, we will definitely help track down your package in case of a delay.
All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
For international shipments: Kindly drop us a mail on hello@hamsasilver.in to place your order as the website accepts payments only in INR.
VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per individual country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. We are unable to advise on the duty amount. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
