Return and refund:
As these are handmade products, they might have some mild imperfections and might not always be symmetrical. We try and mention all possible information on our website. Please feel free to mail us at email@example.com or Whatsapp on +91 8248167545 and ask us incase you need any more information.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is damaged in transit or incorrect.
Unboxing video is compulsory in case of returns due to damage in transit. Video from opening of outer courier packaging to unboxing and seeing the product in hand should be sent to us within 24 hrs of receipt.
Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases.
We do not provide cash refunds.
Please note that products under the SALE section are not valid for any exchange or return.
Not grounds for return or exchange:
- Under rare circumstances, the earring stems may be bent and beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
